Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Carrier Partners
We work with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your package is selected automatically based on your location and the package weight.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. While we do our best to meet these estimates, delays caused by weather or carrier issues are unfortunately outside our control.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is always free. There are no minimums, no surcharges, and no hidden fees – what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you the moment your package is handed to the carrier. Use it to monitor your delivery progress in real time.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your tracking status shows as delivered but you cannot find your package, please check around your property and with neighbours. If it’s still missing, contact us within 7 days and we’ll launch a carrier investigation on your behalf.
