1. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but you may be able to change or cancel if it hasn’t shipped yet. Email info@colourrpop.cyou as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.
2. My tracking says delivered but I don’t have my package. What do I do?
First, check with neighbours and any secure delivery locations. If it’s still missing, contact us within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
3. How do I return something?
Just email us at info@colourrpop.cyou within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a free return label. Pack your items, attach the label, and drop it off. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Do you charge for return shipping?
Never. Returns are free, and we don’t add restocking fees.
5. When will I get my refund?
After your return is delivered to us, we process the refund in 1–2 business days. It then takes 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your card or PayPal account.
6. My payment isn’t going through. What should I do?
Check that your billing address matches exactly what your bank has on file, and that your card supports international (if applicable) or online purchases. If problems persist, try an alternate payment method or contact your bank.
7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
8. How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us at info@colourrpop.cyou with the subject “Unsubscribe.” We’ll remove you from the list promptly.
9. Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. All Colourrpop products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
