Return Period
You have 30 calendar days after delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unused and in new condition
- In their original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number is sufficient)
Damaged or Wrong Items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out immediately. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund – no return shipping cost for you.
How to Return
- Email info@colourrpop.cyou with your order number and what you’d like to return.
- We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label (usually within 1 business day).
- Pack the items securely, attach the label, and drop the package at the carrier location.

Returns are completely free for any reason. We cover all return postage and never charge restocking fees.

Refund Timeline
Once your returned package reaches our facility, we inspect it and process the refund within 1–2 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method, but it may take an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. To swap an item, simply return the unwanted product and place a new order for what you’d prefer.
